Missing Pension, Tax and NI

Hi
I have recently left a job as hotel manager after i discovered my nest pension had not being paid yet it had been deducted from my wages, i estimate around £1500 is missing, i also found out my bosses had been claiming full furlough for me when i was working 50-60 hour weeks,
I have raised this with hmrc and the pension ombudsman and am awaiting the outcome, however i have now been made aware that my partner and other colleagues did not have there tax or national insurance paid also, my question is, is this a criminal offence that should be taken to police or should we all seperately raise with hmrc, and secondly, my partner and collueges are eu residents who have had settled status granted, could the non payment of tax and NI effect there status? and lastly would this effect credit scores? Me & Partner considering bank loan but her credit score is pretty low. Thanks in advance of replies

Start by raising separately with HMRC, may be worth making a reference to other colleagues who've already done this. I'm sorry I don't know the answers to your other questions, although I don't see how it could affect credit scores.Signature removed for peace of mind0

Do you really mean non payment of tax and NI, which is an issue between your ex-employer and HMRC and nothing to do with you.
Or did your ex-employer not report your earnings to HMRC?
If it just non payment then that really isn't your issue.0 -
didnt report the earnings,
when log into hmrc website to check tax paid nothing is declared for a whole year0 -
If your employer didn't report your earnings to HMRC then they couldn't, as you allege, have made furlough claims as an RTI submission is required in order to claim.heckie1990 said:didnt report the earnings,

all i know is, no tax is shown to be paid when logging into hmrc website yet new job started in february shows, payslips show tax and NI deducted and also says furlough payment on payslips
will wait and see if hmrc come back, pension ombudsman has already launched a case into the nest pension payments,
