30 hours funding

My child' current nursery only accept 20 hours of funding, they also raise two times the nursery daily rate during the past 6 months, 
the cost is very high and I only allow use 20 hours free, have to pay extra 30 hours, it is so stressful. 

how can I do it?

I was thinking to find another nursery where can get 30 hours of funding, but my current nursery still charge me next month fee, 

Or I will continue to use this nursery for next month, and then change to another nursery. 

Or I split the 30 hours into two nurseries? 2 days in the current nursery and 1 day in another nursery, a totally of 30 hours. 

can you give me any ideas, please?
