Today's conunundrum - Sainsbury's substitution promise

Hi, I hope someone can put me right as my brain is completely in a muddle!
Online order. I ordered 6 bottles of wine at £6 a bottle, so £36.
I was substituted with a higher priced wine, 5 x bottles of wine at £8 a bottle, and charged £40.
I received a £4 voucher for my next online shop.
They are supposed to make you feel whole and fuzzy - but I feel diddled!
Not to mention that the brand of wine I ordered (but not available) attracted 200 Nectar points, so I'm also 200 points down!
I feel they should have given me 6 bottles for £48, and given me a voucher for £10/12?
What do you all think?

They probably should have given six bottles, but its very likely there was only five on the shelf.0
