Hello ! 

Converted my Morrison’s points for an online voucher code as per they’re instructions about closing it down on 9 of this month - - but my local Morrison’s Dereham won’t accept the code even when shown the email from they’re HQ - just said the till machine won’t accept code with letters at the beginning - they were inept tbh - doesn’t give me much time until the 9th now !!

At least you got a voucher. I was on 3500 points and lost the lot.

If you converted it to an online voucher code as you say, it needs to be used online. I converted mine and used online with no problems.
