Zero hours contract on joint application

I'm wondering the possibility of using my zero hours earnings alongside my husband's full term salary for a mortgage.
Husband salary isn't enough for house around where we are, however our joint annual income would be.
I generally earn roughly the same each month but it's not contracted.
Where do we stand, is it possible?

If you've got a 12 month history of it then it should bw possible with the right lender. Plenty high street lenders will take 100% if you can show enough history0

@cruncher8934 Steady income from a ZHC with a 3 year track record should be able to be used with an appropriate lender.

Or least research the one's who have no chance.I can't swap to full time contract til kids are older so might be stuck0

@Cruncher8934 If the lenders limits it to certain professions, they usually include - Nurses, care home workers, supermarket staff, delivery drivers, other essential professions, etc.If you want to research ZHC criteria lender by lender just Google "<lender name> for intermediaries" and look up ZHCs on their criteria pages.
