Virgin Wine offers to existing customers

Hi

I tried a case of Virgin Wines. We didnt think much of them so Virgin Wines credited our Virgin Wines account. (Hardly the 'no quibbles money back guarantee!!')

So now we're stuck with £50 in our Virgin Wines account. I dont want to waste it on overpriced grape juice. Does Virgin Wines ever do decent offer for existing customers? If so, I will use my £50 towards that. Or do they just do offers for new customers?

I assume you a Wine Bank member and you can ask for a refund of your balance.

Virgin Wine offers for existing customers usually come by post in spring, summer and winter, I usually combine that with a £10 discount that I get notified of by text.
