Hiya, My sister ordered a bike for her son on 3 Nov and has had so many problems with it. First (after she took a day off work to stay in for delivery) they told her it had been 'lost in transit' and they were going to send out a replacement. Delivery day came and she waited in again for it but, surprise surprise, it didn't turn up.

Its been lost, found, lost, found and lost again and they have now decided to refund her which is going to take 5 days to go back into her bank.

Anyway, after 5 weeks of hassle, she still doesn't have a 14in spiderman bike for her son, so does anyone know where she can get one? lol

i ordered a bike last week and had no hassle, although i did arrange to pick it up in the store, they even text me a couple of days before it was supposed to be in to say it was there
