Immersun problems - anybody help with this? I challenge you all!

Recently there were problems with the Immersun server that were being fixed. Ref. email from Immersun recently to users.
Does anyone have app or web access over the last couple of weeks?
I cannot get remote access to mine, have raised a support ticket, nothing other than an automated response, login page shows unexpected registration stage, even tried re registering. Problem is on web at live page and via Android app.
Anyone cast any light on this?

Bump....I know ghere are other Immesun owners on this board do eould someone please respond as to if you have the same or similar problem regarding web or app remote access to Immersun energy data.Just want to know if there is still a general problem or if I need to chase up my own, thanks.0

We have just bought a replacement Immersun which is working fine but now have downloaded the app and just cannot get it registered! We’ve got the IM numbers from the unit but they are not recognised. It asks for the two IM numbers which we have entered. Talk about frustrating. Any idea if there is someone we could contact? I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but just the same results.0

Thanks for posting.Hmmm, that sounds like (given we both have similar problems - I tried to register anew too) that there are problems at Immersun.I try to login on a daily basis so will post if any success.0

Given the lack of response to queries plus a lack of contact details on the Immersun website other than a support page, even though the web site is still running (problems seem to be the data server and login), I do wonder if the company is in trouble or there is some sort of temporary problem....that has not been resolved over the last few weeks.I cannot advise or help further Sallybach but if it was me I would, if possible, if coming under the distance selling regulations from a known good company consider returning the Immersun to reduce the risk of no support and web/app activity with a view to buying an alternative diverter.I hope I am wrong but I just have that feeling!0

I know this is an old post, but I have had exactly the same problem several times in the past and it has now gone wrong again this week and is currently still faulty (15-7-22) for me. When using the Android phone app you get an error message saying 'Unexpected registration stage', you can get no further. When using a PC you can apparently log in but no data is seen. I have raised a ticket and the response was that their system was working, please check again, which I have done daily but it is still off. I think they have a server problem and hope that they can soon fix it.

Update - Immersun have just reinstated and reset the login so all is up and running again. I think that they get intermittent server problems. Apart from that I find it is an excellent system.

Hi, just seeen your post. I think you are spot on. They do seem to have intermittent issues but they normally get resolved after a short day or two.
