Inexpensive handheld vacuum with brush attachments?

I'm looking for an inexpensive -but reliable - handheld vacuum cleaner with brush attachments. The Black and Decker Dustbusters are inexpensive, but don't come with any attachments. The only ones that do are:
-Really expensive Shark / Dyson options
-Cheap no-brand gear from China (so I have no idea how reliable they'll be)
-A Black & Decker car vacuum, that's corded for a car cigarette lighter (I'm buying it for my home, not a car).
Can anyone recommend a decent handheld vacuum with brush attachments? Do these appear in Lidl / Aldi sometimes?
