Various charges on imported art

Hi
I was wondering if anyone knows the full cost of importing art (minus P&P and the cost of the actual art)?
I think that there will be a 5% VAT charge but I can't find clear information on duties etc.
It is coming from Ukraine. Thanks!

Just to add, it's an original painting, I'm right is saying that it is charged at 5%?
