Knee support options needed

Had an issue with my knee being the size of a tennis ball, had the liquid removed which helped, it aas suggested I wear some kind of knee support to help when kneeling.
I bought this one back in Janurary and its done well except the material holding the ring of gel that surrounds the knee is starting to disintegrate.

Could anyone suggest an alternative ?
Thanks

If you've had the knee drained by a clinician (I presume) did they not say what sort of support you needed? There are many different types of support depending on what the problem is - ranging from simple tubigrip bandages to hinged knee supports/braces for ruptured ligaments. Build up of fluid on the knee sounds like a very specific problem to me so probably needs a specific type of support.
I'd ask a physiotherapist or my GP or a pharmacist.
(Is kneeling a problem? Part of a job or a hobby, like gardening? I'm wondering whether you need support to prevent fluid build up generally, or specifically to make kneeling easier.)

Yes first time I went to the Doctors he drained the fluid out but after at least months but possibly more it had got worse, didn't wear any support so that didnt help.
The second doctor I saw didnt drain the liquid but suggested using something like Voltarol which has helped, its not got worse which is good.
Kneeling is part of the job or kneeling is needed to do the job. Wearing the support helps as its got a cushion bit which surrounds the knee and takes the pressure off the knee.
They call it handmaids knee, the fluid builds up around the knee.
Ill give the nhs self referal websire a go.0
