I received a email to say I had passed my interview.
They advertised there were 100 vacancies.
I was scored in three areas. I received a 6, 5 and 4, so 15 out of 21.
I’m guessing this doesn’t guarantee me straight to the job offer and I may be put on a reserve list if more people scored better than me?

You continue job hunting until you have a start date.

It appears that they haven't changed their recruitment procedures in years. Following a successful test experience, my brother went for an interview for a job at the Home Office 25 years ago. Afterwards he was congratulated and told he'd been successful but they didn't have any jobs for his particular skills at that time. He felt quite deflated. Three months later he was contacted to say they had a vacancy and wanted him to fill it. He took it and then spent 25 years in Home Office managerial posts which he found challenging but enjoyable. He recently retired on a very good pension.
It's not only about the scores, it's about matching people with jobs that require their individual skills and talents.
So what I'm trying to say is don't despair and don't give up, they'll contact you. Eventually! Please note - taken from the Forum Rules and amended for my own personal use (with thanks) : It is up to you to investigate, check, double-check and check yet again before you make any decisions or take any action based on any information you glean from any of my posts. As a matter of interest how long was it between interview and being told you had passed? When I applied, admittedly some years ago, I heard absolutely nothing for over 3 months and then received a letter giving me a start date. Despite having been asked at interview if I had holiday booked and me giving them the dates, the start date offered was right in the middle of my holiday. Getting hold of HR was a nightmare but I did get the date changed.

To be honest it wasn’t that long. About 4 weeks. It wasn’t the traditional interview though, nor was it the standard video interview either. It was a pre-recorded set of questions from people which I had to record my answer to and submit. Was kind of weird but also still got you thinking as you could not go back and re-record so was like an interview really because you had to answer straight away kind of thing.I thought 4 weeks was rather quick though, it advertised a 100 vacancies, so surely they interviewed quite a lot? Then they would of had to score them, etc.0
