Im currently working through my creditors port discharge but having an issue with Paypal
They have adjusted my credit file to read settled and the correct date from my paypal credit account but they are refusing to close my Paypal account. Currently my account sits at a restricted level meaning i can pretty much nothing with it but my old credit cards and my current bank account linked to it.
I dont ever want to use Paypal again but cannot get the account closed
Anyone any ideas

Open a new bank account possibly, one not linked to anything else.
