Thank you for posting. I'm getting 'unexpected error', from this and the previous week. I've tried 3 different browsers, incognito and private modes and even cleared my dns cache. Anyone got any suggestions? I suspect it might be to do with a software update, I'm on Windows 10 and use Bitdefender.

Thanks. Seems to be a Bitdefender issue - I turned it off and was able to enter.2
