I never understand why some people always jump to the conclusion that it's a spoof post or a troll whenever an OP doesn't post in response to comments recieved?

I see no evidence that this is the case, it is far more likely that the OP:

• Got the answer they were (or weren't) looking for and so have left.
• Have resolved their problem independently and so have got on with their lives
• Don't check the forums multiple times per day to read and respond to comments, and lets keep in mind that the original question was only posted 2 days ago.

Not everyone follows the forum etiquette or can respond in the timeframes some expect. That does not make their question invalid, the poster a troll, the post a "spoof", nor does it make the advice provided of no use to other future readers.

Trolling is a way of life for a lot of people, they post then sit back and get fed, some post on the thread stirring the pot, others just let the threads run their course.
But one things for sure like any other popular forum this attracts a lot of trolls, some harder to spot than others. 

As for this OP then it could be genuine so giving the benefit of the doubt why lose a grand for the sake of £20 a month?
Does that make sense?
