Has this route been pulled? I haven't seen or heard any press announcements - but Rome is no longer under the list of destinations from Belfast - nor is on the Easyjet route map.
I know it's a summer route only - in fact we're hoping to go to Rome in September '08 - but has anyone heard anything about this route being taken off (no pun intended (!) )?

It was running year round for the past 2 years but got chopped at the end of October. The Italians have restricted capacity in Ciampino forcing all LCC's to rethink their services from it. It was never confirmed whether or not they would re-instate it for next summer but I think it's pretty safe to say it's gone for keeps now.Timmay!0

They have announced all next summers timetable, so it looks as though it's off completely.0

It certainly isn't cheap!! Looks like Ryanair from Dublin is the best bet. Could prob get it cheaper connecting through an English airport but can't be bothered!0
