Hi Sourcrates,
Thanks for all the information. I have a very old account with Bank Of Scotland, and I’ve been on the phone to them today. They’ll send me a new card and pin through the post within the next few days. Do you think it would be advisable to move all my direct debits/ salary with my current bank over to BOS in the meantime? I’m just in the process of giving SC the information they requested, however I’ve yet to telephone my bank to advise I’m looking at a DPP ( I have an OD/CC with them)SC had advised that I just remove myself from
the joint account, but I’ll ask them again just to be sure. Thanks again for all your advice.0 -
Just make sure your old bank is not in the same banking group as BOS.

Thanks very much for that.I’m with the TSB. I think BOS & TSB were once both in the Lloyds group, but TSB was sold off and is now under Sabadell.0
