I made a giant one last Monday and its been in the fridge eversince

I wouldn't. I stick by only keeping things in the fridge for 3 days. 4 at an absolute maximum.Away with the fairies.... Back soon0

I'm a shocker for giving food the benefit of the doubt and eating it anyway but even I think this is definitely past its best too!
Best stick it in the freezer next time.
