Advise needed regarding no contact with supplier please

Hello. To cut a very long story down, our daughter had to postpone her wedding from last year due to Covid to this August and so  we then decided to book them an ice cream tricycle. Booked them and paid a £100 deposit via BACs. Had great reviews on their web and fb page, ( the fb page has since been deleted) Moving forward and  contacted them in May to change the timings. Nothing heard for 5 days so as the address on the booking form wasn't a million miles from me, I popped a note around asking if everything was ok. Could completely understand if things were now different  and they couldn't fulfill their obligation but would like the money back so we could book another. 
    Then had quite a stroppy email from her saying the letter had been scanned over to her, (the person who lives at the address and whose name is on the booking form no longer runs it). She said I hadn't given her enough time to reply and that the time change was fine. Alarm bells did ring at this time from her tone, but after a few more emails back and forward the same day, she assured me all was ok. She left it at that she would email me at the beginning of July with a final invoice which should be paid 4 weeks prior to the wedding which was yesterday.
   On Monday after not receiving the final invoice, I sent her another email saying to please send it and I woud pay. I have heard nothing since. 
I am now in the process of booking another, after spending all yesterday afternoon contacting different ones.   
   I really don't like being taken for a mug and am wondering if there is anything I can do to a) Get the £100 back, (not a massive amount but its the principle) and She is still advertising which I think is totally wrong.
