Hi,
We have received a re-mortgage offer from a bank which is favourable. We needed 300k and the bank has agreed to lend us at a favourable rate but they have undervalued the property by minimum 25k. Would this valuation affect us in the future or this is something we can ignore? grateful if you could advise…thanks
