Pure profile issues

When I do surveys on the Pure Profile website on my tablet. I find whether I complete the survey or get screened out. Instead of taking straight back to the site where I get paid (5p for screened out ones) I now get sent back to the logging in screen. It logs in automatically but no payment is made and the survey is still showing as partly completed. It been doing this for weeks now. Though surveys done through my PC are fine. Did contact Pure Profile but no response. Anyone else finding this or indeed still using Pure Profile?
