I have been chasing a query on my mortgage for the passed 2 years and had to get the ombudsman involved but I’m not impressed as I’m still not getting answers, the query dates back to 2007 but I get told that all paperwork has been destroyed but this shouldn’t happen until the mortgage has been complete.
