Court Ordered Compensation Advice Please

Apologies I know this probably isn’t the correct forum but I can’t seem to identify one that would be, if you have a suggestion about this I’m happy to hear it.
Anyway, following a court case at the beginning of June the defendant was ordered to pay me compensation, I was supposed to receive half at the end of June and the other half by the end of this year. The court sent me the paperwork for the bank details which I duly sent back. I’ve heard nothing, no acknowledgement of the bank details being received though they were sent recorded delivery and were delivered, and no payment yet. My query is, how do I do anything about this? I’ve tried contacting the solicitor who helped bring the case to court but he hasn’t answered me and I don’t know where to go from here. All I can find online is how to appeal against court ordered compensation and I’ve no experience of this kind of thing before. The defendant is a sole trader and self employed if that makes any difference. I also suspect her business has taken a massive hit due to the court action too.
Can anyone advise what my next steps should be please?
Thank you.

If this was a normal county court judgement there is info about enforcing this here

Getting the judgement is usually the easy bit, unfortunately they tend to be ignored quite often by the debtor.
If they won`t pay up, you then have to spend more money using enforcement options, getting the judgement is just a first step in many cases.
If they are working, you can obtain an attachment to their earnings, or if they are asset or cash rich, you can send in the bailiffs, you can also haul them in front of a judge to explain why they haven`t paid, and ultimately if the debt is over 5k, you could, theoretically, bankrupt them, but then you wouldn`t get anything, so not your first option here.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thank you both, it’s not a CCJ, basically it was an RSPCA prosecution of an animal abuser, my horse was starved and died and the defendant has been ordered to pay me compensation. But has obviously decided she doesn’t need to pay. I’m not sure if the collection process is the same as it would be for a CCJ though so hence asking here. Think I might have to contact the court.Thank you very much for your help though.0
