Thank you. Managed to get the appeals form and have completed it and submitted it. Do you know what the turnaround time is for looking into appeals?

You're very welcome and once it's submitted on our end, we process and forward it to Connells within 1-2 working days and at that stage we can't necessarily guarantee a turnaround time, however we'd typically expect to hear back within 2-3 working days.
