• 1 prize is equal to:
• 1 week (7 days) free rental of a 2-berth campervan for 2 people (maximum).
• 2 cases of Freedom beer (1 case = 24x330ml bottles or cans).
• A refundable damage deposit of £750 is payable prior to collection of the vehicle. In the event of an insurance claim the full £750 will be take from the hirer to cover the insurance excess. This deposit is refundable on satisfactory return of the vehicle.
• Any damages to tyres, windscreen and any theft or loss of personal items are not covered by our insurance and shall be at your expense.
• Travel within mainland GB only. You are not authorised to travel in Europe, doing so would invalidate your insurance cover.
• The campervan pictured may be different to the vehicle you are offered. Freedom Brewery and Geoff Cox Car Sales LTD reserve the right to offer alternative makes/models of a similar specification to those advertised.
• In the event of a breakdown or accident you will be provided with a accident and repair number who will be at your disposal 24/7.
• There is a strict policy of no smoking within the vehicle, failure to comply with this may result in part of full loss of your hire deposit.
• You must take your 1-week free hire before the end of October 2021.
• The free hire of this vehicle does not include or cover any campsite or additional accommodation fees.
• Late return of the vehicle carries an additional charge of £40 per hour.
• Collection and return of the vehicle is from Geoff Cox Car Sales LTD, 122 Derby Road, Denby, Derbyshire, DE5 8LG

GENERAL VEHICLE USAGE

• The hirer must ensure that all passengers wear the seat belts provided.
• The hirer is responsible for all parking/motoring offences during the hire period.
• The hirer is liable for all overhead damage to vehicle.
• The hire must ensure the vehicle is not overloaded and carries only the correct number of passengers as per vehicle specifications.
• The hirer must not use the vehicle for hire or reward.
• The hirer will not tow any vehicle or trailer behind vehicle.
• The hirer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is locked when left unattended.
• The hirer will ensure all hatches and doors are securely fastened during transit.
