Sorry but I disagree my experience with them has been a nightmare and I most certainily will not be using them again or recommendeing them. I ordered some books for christmas presents on the 11th of december. I was told they were out for delivery on wednesday 19th but no one appeared. I was told the courier would be out on thursday 20th, still no delivery, then the same thing for friday.Except now they dont know where my books are and say that it will take a while to contact the courier to find out- after christmas. Meantime they are refusing to give me a refund as they say they need to have the courier " fail " to deliver the books to my address before a refund can be approved ! So I have no books, am less £20 and have no idea when I am going to get my refund.They use a courier called parcelnet who are really unreliable. There customer complaints department has still failed to return my call , there has been no reply to my email sent on wednesday and no one is bothering with my order.The worst "service" I have ever recieved from an internet comapny and the idea of recommending them to someone else to have the same thing happen sends shivers down my spine. :eek:

They lost my books too but after a while sent out replacements which arrived within 2 days. I'd still recommend them as the customer service was excellent.

Agree fantastic site as are the book people.

Library beats them though, for the amount my son reads!
