Relocating across the country and buying a shared ownership property?

Hi
Me and my partner want to relocate to be near to family from Kent to Norwich, we have found a lovely 2 bedroom shared ownership property which full value is over £100,000 less than the area we are in Kent. The property is showing available from september on the help to buy website which I found is always a few months delayed, the Housing association has only just started to advertise.
Only issue is our jobs I am in a permanent 20 hours a week job and have a £14,000 salary and work from home so no issues however my partner will be starting in a new job on £18,500 a year.
The house full value is £255,000
25% share is £63,750 and we have around £20,000 in savings. Is there any SO lenders that will consider my partners new jobs? We struggled last year getting a mortgage due to furlough so I would hope this would be easier due to the property being less value.
Would we have any luck with reserving with the housing association? Or would they want to see employment for a while?
Many thanks

@rebecca5833 From a mortgage point of view, assuming your partner can plausibly work in the same job after the move to Norwich, the newness of the job should not stop you from getting a mortgage on its own.
