Hello! It really depends on how much time you have/wish to give to entering the comps. Once you've entered all the comps on the main board, which does normally take a while, then it's easy to keep up with it daily or every few days.
When I first started it was frustrating as it takes you a while to sign up to everything and I ended up missing out on a lot as I didn't like doing the mag dailies, Gleams, RC or social media comps but since I started entering them, my luck has changed!Wins in 2023 - 35
Wins in 2022 - 43
Wins in 2021 - 62
Wins in 2020 - 68
Wins in 2019 - 50 -

It is up to you how many competitions you do, but I highly recommend doing social media competitions if you can, as it opens you up to so many more, as most competitions are on social media now. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter mainly, although Pinterest and TikTok have some)
I do also think Rafflecopter, Gleam, Rafflepress and ViralSweep competitions are worth entering, as most of my wins are usually from RC's or Gleams.
I personally focus more on competitions that only allow one entry per person and not the daily entry competitions, as we all have an even chance of winning with one entry each. Low entry competitions are good (although great if you could share them for us too!) So you can search social media for hashtags like ukcompetition, ukgiveaway, win, firstgiveaway etc.
Most people tend to start out entering a couple of competitions a day, but entering around 50-100+ a day shouldn't take too long, when you get in the flow and usually brings a few wins regularly. More and more people seem to be getting into comping at the moment, a few years ago I'd get anywhere from 2-12 wins a month, entering around 60 a day at a guess. But now it is at the lower end, but I don't comp as much and less people seem to be sharing competitions that they find.
I feel free competitions are the best way, although there is a lady on another site that enters a lot of paid/raffle competitions and win, but that is gambling and you aren't guaranteed. You may end up spending more than the prizes are worth, so you might as well go and buy the product you want. Although I do enter the odd paid competition, but very rarely, maybe 2 a year?
Good Luck!
Just enjoy yourself! It can become very addictiveThank you to everyone who posts competitions and good luck to everyone who enters.2
