It looks as if you've answered you own question already - it will be between £292.25 and £298.08 per month.

(Your annual salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments).

This is the welfare benefits section of the forum. You'll be better off posting on the employment section.

    My guesses would be:

    1)  c.£3,507 annually.
    2)  c.£292 pm gross (if paid monthly)
    3)  c.£90 pw gross  (if paid weekly and in the weeks that you work)

(Dependent on the contracted number of weeks)
Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.

Hopefully - it's definitely the way it's paid within the Gloucestershire LEA (but I can't speak for Academies or other LEAs).  Contact the relevant HR Department and ask them for a definitive answer....

It isn’t always as simple as that unfortunately and will be less if it is prorated. I work term time plus 5 days and receive 0.86% of fte paid in 12 equal payments. TTO would be 38/39th of that I expect so around 0.837% or £2939pa, £244 per month.
