Wage Rise

Hi everyone, Sorry if this is the wrong subsection but I was wondering if there is anywhere I can see what I should have had in terms of wage rises to keep in line with inflation for the last 5 years? To give a bit of background, I've been on the same hourly rate for 5 years. Although, of course not happy with that, the company I work for has went through a lot in the last 2/3 years so kind of accepted the situation was the way it was and remained loyal to help us through. We seem to be there now where appraisals and wage increases are now taking place so was excited to have my chat with the Managing Director and Financial Director to discuss. Just wanted to know where I could start on what I should expect in terms of a wage rise after not receiving one at all for 5 years. Of course, inflation wage rise is the absolute minimum I'd accept so just wanted to get an idea of what that would be?
Thanks!
Thanks!

The employment board would have been better, bit further down.
Inflation is over 2% for this year, which is what you may get or the company might decide to do a blanket amount across everyone eg £500.

If I were you, I wouldnt get my hopes up about the company increasing your wages enough to cover the years without a rise.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.4
