CMS & Tips

Hi all, I'm looking for information/advice if CMS take tips into account when calculating gross annual income.
I receive tips, however they don't form part of my employment contract and the amount I receive is determined by not myself like it is with OT or bonus but if a customer likes their meal. This means the amount fluctuates each month and can range from £100 to £500. My concern is that CMS use my tips, state that my monthly payment goes up but there will be times when my tips are at the lower end and it will leave me financially worse off.
Any advice regards this would be greatly appreciated.

Are tips on your payslip? If so then they will use them, if not they won't.LBM Debt Total : £48,326.50
