    Later in the year I will be looking for a broker, can I ask for recommendations on here or is that a no no?

    With the current time frame to buy a property I think it will take 4/5 months from offer to exchange/completion.
    So keep saving, try not to take out any credit ! Cancel any credit cards you don't use.
