Does anybody know if i can find out for certain that i will
avoid a Ipa ano my only income is benefits
but as a family we av surplus money

My understanding is that if your only income is from benefits alone you will not be asked to pay into an IPA, they only look at your income not the income as a family. I assume the surplus comes from your partners income. I am having to pay into my one as I work full time.SaraM_26 said:Thank you for that makes me feel a tad better.
