CCJ with DRO

Hi all, this has probably been talked about on here so many times but I just need a bit of clarity. I have a DRO and a CCJ, the CCJ was before the DRO and the CCJ is in my DRO. I set up a monthly payment for the CCJ as advised by Stepchange, its only £1 a month but I am still a bit confused by this bit of the DRO. So, my question is will the CCJ be settled after the DRO ends and should I cancel the direct debit for the CCJ or do I have to do something else? I know theres the setting aside of the CCJ but I am not sure if I will need to do that. Any advice is greatly appreiciated. Thank you.

You should stop paying the debt immediately, you are breaking the terms of your debt relief order by doing so.

A DRO renders a judgement unenforceable, you should not pay it.

By paying it you are giving preferential treatment to a creditor, when you should treat them all equally, by not paying any of them, anything.

You don`t need to do anything else but cancel the payment, straight away.

You can also send them a letter explaining about your DRO, why you have stopped payment, and how that renders the judgement unenforceable.
