Hi All,
I have just discovered the site through a search enginge and I am inpressed, perhaps you can help?
Years ago I used to be the sort of person who would keep track of my outgoings to the penny!
Somehow I have developed into a bit of a money waster! I have a mortgage of £90K with Northern Rock at a not particularly great rate. A further loan with them of £20k. A bank loan 0f £5k (shortly to be paid off thanks to an inheritence) and another loan of £2500. I also have an outstanding credit card debt of £1000.
I don't think (apart from the mortgage and NR loan) that it is too drastic, but I would like to get rid of it all and be in a more advantagous position.
I take home about £1400 per month, and want to know the best way to clear the loans quickly, efficiently and paying the least amount of interest!
I need to take a firm grip of my finances, and would appreciate any pointers!
Cheers
