TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “The Quiz that gets Quicker – VIBE by Jet2Holiday Kiss competition” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

 

1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN  This competition is running on:

1.           Kiss Radio

 

On air competition

Each day between 6am and 10am on Monday 19th July 2021 and Friday 23rd July 2021, 1 entrant, who has successfully entered online and entered their correct details online, will be phoned and brought to air to play “The Quiz that gets Quicker”.

“The Quiz that gets Quicker” will involve answering 5 questions in a set amount of time. The entrant(s) must answer 1 question correctly within the 40 seconds to win (The question being read counts within the 40second limit). If they answer at least 1 correctly, they will win the vibe corresponding to their entry choice as their prize (5.0),

 

There will be 1 overall winner per day. (5 total across the week) given away on air.

 

The presenter’s decision is final.

 

Entrants(s) will be chosen based on their holiday story and how entertaining, original, and compelling the story is.

 

Entrants will be drawn each day at 4pm on each of the days below for each of the vibes mentioned:

-             Entrants will be drawn on Friday 16th July 2021 to play on Monday 19th July 2021 for an Iconic VIBE holiday. (Prize 1 in 5.0)

-             Entrants will be drawn on Monday 19th July 2021 to play on Tuesday 20th July 2021. Party VIBE holiday. (Prize 2 in 5.0)

-             Entrants will be drawn on Tuesday 20th July 2021 to play on Wednesday 21st July 2021 for a Pure VIBE holiday. (Prize 3 in 5.0)

-             Entrants will be drawn on Wednesday 21st July 2021 to play on Thursday 22nd July 2021 for a Chilled VIBE holiday. (Prize 4 in 5.0)

-             We will randomly select a shortlist of all entrants who have entered throughout the entry dates (3.0) on Thursday 22nd July 2021 to play on Friday 23rd July 2021. We will then select a finalist based on the judging criteria above. They will win a Party VIBE holiday. (Prize 5 in 5.0)

 

Entrant(s) will be contacted via phone. If the entrant(s) does not answer, a new entrant will be contacted.

 

Additional online competition

An additional sixth winner will be randomly selected by random electronic drawn on Monday 26th July 2021, they will win a Chilled VIBE holiday (Prize 6 in 5.0)

winner will be contacted via phone. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, they will automatically forfeit their prize and a new winner will be contacted. Entrants may be contacted and told they are eon the shortlist but this does not mean they are a winner or a finalist.

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

 

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS               •            Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

•            Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider (Jet2holidays and any companies within the Jet2 plc group of companies), must not enter. Any such entries will be void.

•            We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Specific Terms.

Holiday Prize Terms and Conditions:

 

•            The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The prize must be taken by the prize winner (who must be over the age of 18) along with their selected travel companions notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking, subject to the maximum number of passengers specified within the prize details. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport.

•            Transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/ board/ transfer/ accommodation supplements are included in the prize.

•            The prize duration cannot be extended, and the hotel and/or room type will not be changed by the winner. Please note, once you have made a booking you cannot amend the travel dates or make any other amendments to your holiday. Additional passengers may not be added to your prize holiday and will need to book separate travel and accommodation.

Insurance Information – Insurance will be provided by Element and the TCs are as follows:

•            The policy would not provide any cover if the winner(s) travelled against government advice or the advice of the Foreign Commonwealth Development Office (FCDO).

•            A claim would not be considered if the holiday was cancelled due to FCDO advice or the government putting the UK in lockdown again as this would not fall within the Covid cover outlined under Section 17.
