Nationwide Mortgage Timeline
Hi all,
I’ve got a few questions (FTB, sorry!)
1. We applied for the mortgage 25th June. Hard check on credit reports. Our valuation was booked for today… Can I assume that if the valuation is successful, they will lend to us due to the hard credit check and because they haven’t asked for any extra documentation?
2. As mentioned the valuation was today - we have not heard anything yet (they usually email and text with updates), when do Nationwide receive the valuation report and then assess it?
3. How long from valuation to mortgage offer?
Sorry for the silly, impatient, questions!
Many thanks!
