Insolvency Register

Hi I entered bankruptcy on the 1st of July. My details are on the London Gazette however when I search on the Insolvency Register nothing pops up for me. I am wondering if people know how quickly this is updated or takes to be added.

Interesting. The register is updated every night so should show on the day after the bankruptcy order.

Was it your own bankruptcy application or one done through the court?

Hi it was all done online by me on the 30th of June and bankruptcy was granted on the 1st of July. I've got all my paperwork and completed my telephone interview. Should I perhaps contact the Insolvency Register?

Only reason I ask is a debt I have checked the register but I wasn't on it. I checked myself too.

Weird. You could contact the Insolvency Service. Either way it’ll be on your credit file.

Hi I contacted the Insolvency Register and was asked to call the Official Receivers Office, apparently they was an issue with updating the register on the 30th & 1st of July. It's now been sorted and I've been added. It's on my credit file but nice to know it's all correct on the register 👍
