Early Discharge

Hi,
My partner & I went bankrupt in June this year, he has now been granted an early discharge as of the end of Nov (woohoo), but I am a bit unclear as to what this means he can do now?, if he now gets a pay increase do we have to declare it? and can he now be a director of a company?
Also I have not received a letter from them about an early discharge, I pursume that this is due to me currently being on maternity leave and they may think that my income will increase once it ends, I am returning to work but will be earning about the same as what i recieve in maternity pay. If i don't recieve an early discharge will i have to advise them if my partners salary increases.
Thanks in advance.

As Bat says, he only has to inform the OR of any increase is his income if he has an IPA in place.
His income is not relevant to your bankruptcy, so you won't need to tell your OR if he gets a pay rise.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
