    No, the trust will own two thirds and I will own a third by way of a mortgage but the trust will consent to my mortgage lender having a first charge
    AIUI you only have HSBC that will do sole borrower joint proprietor even they may not like the trust.

    The second issue is you wanting 100% borrowing for your share that exposes the trust as the debt could grow beyond the nominal share leaving the trust with losses.
