Help!Any ideas?

 Hi. First time post here, but feeling a bit desperate.
I am moving with one son to different town to be nearer elderly mother and rest of family.
Two main questions for anyone in the know
1) is there a problem with morgage companies taking into account all benefits as well as salary eg. working tax credit and CSA payments? (as there was no problem 3 yrs ago when i remorgaged) but now told by financial advisor things have changed.
2) I was hoping to base my new morgage on my present job that i have been in for 5 yrs, then move, and am very confident i will be able to make up morgage payments of £350 -400per month from work in new area. ( have some moderate savings in case but am prepared to turn my hand to anything within reason, temp work etc till i get established) I have approx £150000 deposit to put down, no debts and good credit history.
Financial advisor has told me today morgage dealers will not be happy because the job used to get morgage is a long distance from next property(approx 2 hours drive) and income includes benefits.
Hope this makes sense! Any advice gratefully received.
ps hoping to come off WFTC in new place as will be able to work longer hours etc.

There are indeed lenders that will take these benefits into account - however, it will all depend on what figures you are looking at, as to whether they will be able to help you.
