Hi, been browsing for a while thought I'd actually register. Have been on a DMP with stepchange for a year now, was meant to be debt free in 3 yrs but hoping to have paid it all off in 2 years so 1 year left, fingers crossed x Most of it I gambled away but joined gamstop and haven't gambled in over a year. Losing my motivation a little with the DMP just tired of being skint and school hols coming up x

Hi,
If things are starting to lag a little, we have a DMP mutual support group thread, that you might find some inspiration from.
Things do tend to slow down a bit mid-stream.

Hang in there, I always find the middle third of any process the most difficult. Initial enthusiasm has gone but end isn’t yet in sight. I find giving myself percentage targets helps. Hi SarahJ,
Keep at it and focus on the end of the DMP - as others have said, the middle of the process can be somewhat mentally draining but the end is in sight!0
