I am so scared I do not want anyone at my door I will not discuss any of my finances with anyone Help what can I do

Simple, don`t answer the door, there only self employed collection agents, and I think there threatogram template letters are a tad out of date, and don`t take into account the threat due to covid restrictions, I don`t think anyone will actually be knocking on your door, not just yet anyway.
If they did, just speak to them through the window, or letterbox, they have no more power of entry than you or I do, and unwanted guests at the door are deemed to be trespassers, so they are no threat whatsoever.
Simply inform them politely that you do not do business at the door and will engage with them by letter only, in fact if you write to resolve call now and state you want contact in writing only, any visit by a field agent will be a breach of the DPA/GDPR.

thank you so much for the advice the CCJ It's about 12 years old compartment has been made since 20160

Sorry predictive text, it should say no payment made on CC J since 20160

A judgement that old would require court approval to further enforce it.
I would say, that a court may think 12 years is time enough to do so, unless you have been hiding on the moon that is !!
Although CCJ`s do not go statute barred, they must usually be enforced within 6 years, otherwise as stated above, court approval is necessary.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
