Does anyone have any recommendations for a broker for a first time buyer who is self employed.
Have a high deposit but fairly low income.

There are a number of brokers on here. They can’t reach out to you but nothing stopping you from contacting them directly on here.You do need to keep in mind that a large deposit doesn’t mean that you can borrow more.2

One of the MBs on the forum came to my rescue after I was strung along by another very poor example who was just racking up hard checks with no result. Mine was limited company director income where I wasn't taking out all the funds from the company and banks didn't like that.0

Lenders look at affordability more as well as deposits.
They will also check your credit score to see if you will be able to make affordable repayments.0 -
