I'm afraid I won't go near them online for Sales anymore they let me - and loads of people on here - down very badly in the last couple of sales. Do a search and you'll see. Only order stuff if you are prepared not to receive at least 80% of it and for the remaining 20% to take weeks and weeks to arrive

I AGREE the last big sale was a disaster for me but I ordered some Halloween costumes at half price and they all came. I have found it best to ring up and check if the order is in stock as one item out of stock can delay the whole order. They also remove things without telling you so you need to check what arrives against what you originally ordered.

I'm wondering if they would take any notice if they had hundreds of moneysavers ask them to keep sale items on their website way after the sale has started.... I so enjoyed searching my history to buy things for £3!!!

same happened to me with the last sale order £60 worth of stuff and received £5 worth although they did resolve the matter well by sending me some vouchers

I've had a bad time with M&S Online lately and this was (trying) to buy non-sales items. On 19th November I placed 2 orders with M&S. The first order was for £153 and was 18 items. The second order was 2 items, £31. I only recived 1 (YES 1) of the first order and half of the second. They couldn't deliver 17 out of 19 items in November.:eek: All iems were said to be in stock and available. They only e mailed me yesterday to say half the second order wasn't coming. I'd only order from M&S online if you are happy to accept POT LUCK that's all it is. Their web site bears no relation to their real stock situation. If you really want something go instore - old style
