Quick Quidco Question

HI, I have just started using quidco (only through the encouragement of you guys on this site) and wondered how long it takes to track transactions at this time of year. I ordered items from HMV and John Lewis last week but nothing showing up yet. Many thanks for your time.

Not sure about John Lewis but I have found my HMV orders aren't showing up until they are dispatched

I started using it last week and i have already earned £15 thanks to my christmas shopping.
That included some items from HMV so they should show up.

Check to make sure that your pc has cookies enabled.

I find with HMV that it shows as tracked but the amount just shows as £0.00 until the order has been shipped. Other than that make sure your cookies are enabled as suggested previously!

Was just gonna ask the same question, just joined HMV to purchase the bargain Comic Strip box set for chrimbo and was curious why Quidco was tracking at zero. Nice one all who answered!
