Covid-19 Working from home 21-22 tax relief

Hello
Because of C-19 I worked a lot from home last financial year (20-21) so applied for C-19 tax relief successfully
This financial year have been back in the office until now , however have to work from home again as been contact traced
Can I claim C-19 tax relief for working from home because I'm working from home again this week ?

Have just applied only took a couple of minutes and says tax code should change in a couple of days
