My dentist appointment estimated costs as 466 GBP. My treatment comes under band 3 (rootcanal + white tooth). Why is it so?

shouldn’t it be 283 GBP.

My dentist suggested me either silver or white tooth. I said Okay for white tooth. But when I referred the NHS website, it said Band 3 has to be 283 GBP.

If porcelain tooth costs more, are there any mixed tooth that I can go with? Like mix of metal + porcelain?

Thanks,
Logesh
