Online Learning

I was just wondering if anyone else has experience of sub standard online learning courses? I enrolled on a professional qualification course with ICS to find numerous grammatical and spelling errors along with factually incorrect answers which I raised with them. They informed that they would look into it but would not give a time frame as to when the errors would be corect5ed (they admitted in writing the information was incorrect). They offered to extend the course but given that the course is 18 month and i expected to finish in 12 this clearly has no value.  I am looking at discussing further under the Consumer Rights Act as they have said I can continue as is or cancel which basically means I lose a minimum of £700 or possibly as much as the full cost of the course at £2600.  Considering the cost of the course I at least expected the information to be correct, does anyone think I am being unreasonable?  (PS I first raised concerns in March and they have provided this ultimatum on the 21st June)
