Tummy Tuck in the UK - any different costs? Overall advice also

So I am looking to have a Tummy tuck this year and currently researching different clinics and surgeons. I have also spoken to NordAesthetics in Lithuania who I have monitored for a few years reading reviews etc. They seem really good - but family and friends are typically concerned about going abroad. From what I can see, it may have slightly more risk, but the savings are huge with no loss in quality.

To be on the safe side, I am looking to book consultations with surgeons in the UK to see what they can offer. My main question is - does it cost less in different parts of the UK? Of course it is difficult to find general pricing online, but it's safe to assume it will cost between £5-6k. 

Can anyone provide any advice on their experience, costs involved and recommendations on where to go? If you have been to NordAesthetics, it would be great to hear your experience.
